@volcaholic1 It's tariffs against a military dictatorship, who bomb and racially persecute its own citizens, it's the most deserving country of tariffs. Also could be used as a proxy for Chinese goods trying to avoid Chinese tariffs.

@IngoBkk Ummm... Xxx is still closed, but there are 3 kings bars, strip, virgin, radio city and pink panther. Kings bars have hundreds of girls each and ur lucky to find a seat from 8-11pm. Virgin also packed. Bada is the worst of the lot.

@mmstratus @R04ch The apartment complexes in Vietnam (like Vinhomes) are so ugly compared to BKK. Very commie vibes on how similar they all are. I can pick the developer based on how the building looks.

@HetoldmeXOXO Also hundreds of dive bars/hidden cocktail bars n specialist restaurants that would depend on individual taste. There is the Japanese area around Le Thanh Ton n Thai Van Lung, there people recommend Danbo n Ittou for ramen and Fujiro for katsu.

@HetoldmeXOXO For clubs in HCM, Broma, Bam Bam (ladies night), Lighthouse and Observatory.

For restaurants Shoku has free flow Sake on Wednesdays I believe, Sol Kitchen for Latin food and M Gallery (Hotel Des Arts) for Sunday buffet, better than any I had in BKK.

@chasngthedra8on Pet hate of mine, 90% of my male friends are single for that reason. In a 6 year relationship myself with a kid, but negotiate with the missus designated drinking days with mates.

@CoconutCowboy_ @SoiRabbit Not American, but the 1 year business visa that was only for Americans is long gone. Best you can do now is 3 months and that's just became available in last month or so.

@CoconutCowboy_ @SoiRabbit Not since COVID. Been only 1 month visas or investment/employment visas. Whole immigration dept has been sacked with new leadership in Hanoi. Taken them 2 years to get to current position of extending 1 month visa to 3 months visa.
