Ketramose checks for both graveyards and "cards in exile" for both players. So if you exile 4 cards from their yard with Spellbomb and 3 from your yard with Frog (for example), "7 cards in exile" condition is reached?

No swamp is risky with Sewers playing Orchid Fantom.
