@IrishRail in the past months the ticket machines and validation machines were completely off in Hansfield a few days. Passengers cannot tap the card nor top it up. No way to pay the appropriate fares amount. This train station often has people smoking weed. Plans to fix this?
@AerLingus you lost my stroller, I sent emails, contacted the tracing team, got in touch via messenger and tried to get in touch with the claim team 3 times and nobody is able to help me and refund me. Why are you making this so complicated?
@AerLingus As i said, i did it 3 times and 20 days has passed by, anyone can help? Can we escalate? I did everything that was required but nobody is contacting me.
@AerLingus I have already provided the receipt and i have been waiting for updates for over 20 days. Everytime you keep telling me the tracking is still on going. It's been 20 days when can you refund me? Nobody is contacting me for updates at all.
