I really enjoy playing as female characters. I typically pick them when given the opportunity.
But this isn't about that at all. I want to play a God of War game as KRATOS. Not his wife, not even his kid. KRATOS.
And frankly, mythologies are so interesting, I would love a game about a female god (or male, that's fine too). But this isn't even that.
It's a corporate box-ticking exercise and anyone with a brain knows that. Nobody asked for this.
@UndeadMongrel@WarhammerMents@JavedLSterritt A yet if you were to express disappointment in a franchise you liked, I wouldn't care one bit. Certainly wouldn't call you a jackass for it.
Why does knowing that most people don't think the same way as you hurt your ego so much?
@UndeadMongrel@WarhammerMents@JavedLSterritt Nobody ever hated female protagonists. People have long loved Lara Croft, but if she was then replaced with a man those fans would also be disappointed. Because there is no Tomb Raider without Lara Croft.
That's what you seem to be missing
@Seeking72 I'm down to chat about any questions, commentary, etc.! I've read the book about 6 times cover to cover and have also studied it extensively with a principle based approach instead of chronological too.
@YHWHSinquisitor@ThoughtfulSaint There are different senses of the word "prophet" or "prophetess" that we hold to in our faith. We don't often differentiate which admittedly causes confusion.
Even someone not of our faith can be classified a "prophet" in a sense, but...
@Sanatani103@ELLIEW1LLAMS You didn't watch it yet?
Up to this point there is a ton of mystery but nothing concrete visually. Until this scene. He's running from some unseen monster, ends up in this room.
Slowly walks around it to find two strange unsettling humanoid things walking towards him.
