Another fantastic Barton Family Session this evening boxing and playing dodge ball. These sessions help get families moving and are funded by @activeoxon and @Sport_England through the YouMove project.
Imagine a time when #comingoutday is not relevant, when we don't need to declare our sexuality to provide our society with a label. Where sexuality and gender isn't seen as binary.
Until then, we will continue to inspire the fitness industry to create inclusive spaces.
Our Co-founders spent Friday evening in Wembley celebrating Alexa Hunn-Phillips and many other’s achievements as a @Lionesses . The evening has left us inspired to do more for those vulnerable communities lacking access to sport & fitness.
"Impossible is nothing!" These were the words spoken by one of our young people today, we'll call him Jaden for privacy reasons.
Jaden is growing in every session, his school reports he’s attending more classes & growing in confidence.
