@pulte My MIL has been in the hospital for the last week after having a heart attack. We haven’t been able to talk to her at all and can’t afford to take time off work to drive and be with our disabled FIL while she recovers. It would mean the world to my husband to be with his parents.

@JustinTrudeau How are there no government programs to help families who are struggling despite having jobs? So many people have to work 2+ jobs just to barely get by. Life shouldn’t be this hard in a country like Canada.

@JustinTrudeau Despite working throughout the pandemic as an essential worker and trying to support my family, we got so behind on bills that we have been evicted and have mere weeks to find somewhere to live, with one single rental available in our town.
