Done doing any business with Gamestop. They do not appreciate their clientele. I will be canceling my pre-order for NBA 2K23 through them and buying my copy off the Playstation store. Gamestop doesn't answer their customer service line unless you have been on hold 2+hrs #Gamestop

Just called Gamestop to check on my preorder for NBA 2K23 Championship Edition to see when I could pick it up, only to find out they do not have it in and they have no idea when it would be in. This defeats the purpose of preordering. This is bad business practice. #NOGamestop
