A low DOROTHY score indicates a good defender. In other words, guys like Draymond, Jaren Jackson, and Xavier Tillman would be close to a 0 DOROTHY, while Kur Teng would be looking at a 99 or 100 DOROTHY.

I would like to propose a new defensive metric. I call it the Defensive Opponent Relative Output Total (per) Hoop Year, otherwise known as the DOROTHY. Basically, how many points would each player give up to Dorothy Izzo over the course of a year. @MSU_Basketball
