@LocalDemSarah And yet before the election they told us all the problems were in the past. I guess the truth is relative to polling day, like in 2009 when they denied there were any financial problems pre-election and once they won they then started cutting due to financial problems.

There are many factors within the article that hit the nail on the head with NCC & NB. There is no way a group of officers and councillors should be a part of the new Unitary. What is the outstanding debt. An investigation into child care over 10yrs now!!
