We had a FUNTASTIC disco this week for the junior and middle schools to help raise funds for the year 6 leaver's t-shirts - and how wonderful it was!
The tamariki had so much fun putting on their dancing shoes and having a good time with their friends

Last week we had a special assembly to finish off an exciting week full of DIWALI activities!
These assemblies are such wonderful opportunities for us to celebrate the delightful diversity that we have in our community

This morning we had a mufti day COIN TRAIL fundraiser to help raise funds for the Year 6 leaver's t-shirts!
Thanks to all parents of tamariki that contributed a gold coin towards this. Our coin trail looked AMAZING in the sun 😎😎😎

Even though the rain came, we still managed to have our awesome annual Athletics day last week!
It was a brilliant day where we got to show off our jumping, leaping, throwing, running, and sprinting skills
Who knows, some of us might be off to the Olympics one day!! 🤔

Earlier this week, Miss Robinson took staff for two special PD sessions on how to teach swimming to our tamariki
It was super useful to learn how best to boost student confidence in the water!!

We ended a big term last term with a wonderful Pasifika week, celebrating the all the diverse Pacific cultures that make up the community of Puhinui School
This ended with our stunning Pasifika Week Assembly where our cultural groups performed with passion!
We are super proud to celebrate our Puhinui School Choir winning the GOLD prize at the Kids Sing concert last week!
