@SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir been on hold for hours. Two cancelled flights and no available flights home for two days! Please help! I've been loyal a list customer for years and this is such a bad experience

@SouthwestAir We've had 2 cancelations trying to get home to OAK from LAS. Stuck in Vegas 2 more nights than planned. Not cheap lodging. Been on hold for 3 plus hours. Normally you are very reliable. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
