@PresidencyZA @SAPoliceService i went to Rwanda last year for few months. U can’t see loitering, criminality and lawlessness there. Military guys are visible daily, i agree who those wants @SANDF_ZA to help Saps to cap this crimes daily. Under lockdown, we saw how crime went down
