Dear @TataCompanies,

I’m a resident of Tata Eureka Park 150 and extremely disappointed. @tata_housing forced possession without OC and other compliances. We are paying ₹8k/month maintenance but facing poor security, dirty water, and long power cuts (4–5 hours every week in the name of maintenance), while being charged ₹41/unit for DG.

There are serious concerns: possession without OC, illegal sale of parking spaces, added premiums on old maintenance charges, and what feels like extortion. The project is still incomplete, yet Phase 1 residents are being charged for maintenance of the entire society. Not even half the promised facilities are operational, yet we are billed for everything.

Residents are also being threatened with legal action for raising concerns, while these irregularities continue. Complaints go unanswered and charges keep increasing.

We trusted the Tata name—this situation needs urgent attention, transparency, and accountability.

A Tata Value Home project named Tata Eureka Park at Sector 150 NOIDA, which is developed by Tata Housing Development Company (THDC), THDC had engaged CBRE for maintenance of Tata Eureka Park Phase-I, now CBRE is exploiting residents by their dictatorship behaviour to extract unethical and illegal charges in the name of CAM charges, CAE charges and DG back up charges, the inferior HT line is fixed by Tata and it is having power cut very frequently, on this account CBRE is charging/ extracting/ looting DG backup @ Rupees 34/- per unit plus 18% GST on it, finally comes around Rupees 40.12. Further they are charging CAE (Common Area Electricity) charges from Phase-I residents illegally without showing transparent calculation for whole project.

CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges are also being charged since beginning while the OC for Phase-I project has not been issued/ received till date.

I request to all concerned authorities to look into this injustice of Tata Eureka Park residents who are being exploited by the builder.

Your positive response as per UPRERA ruling will give justice and hope to live peacefully in the society.

Please have a look at the pathetic state of affairs in Tata Eureka Park, Noida. Extortion by means of power cut, fake bills and unrealistic distribution.
