The one thing I like about this video is that it is, at least, not saying only the Reformed view is wrong. The Thomists, Lutherans and Anglican divines are also wrong.

Better vocabulary exists:
God in a wise and holy manner, according to the counsel and good pleasure of his will, out of his mere free grace and love, chose some of humanity unto salvation without anything in them moving him unto that choice.
