Wed. 4:30 pm, we went to SFO AC baggage services office in terminal 2 to look for luggage AC insisted they delivered but hadn't. A lovely woman found our suitcase. We hugged her. She asked that we not use her name and said she was just doing her job.

Still missing one bag despite your system saying it was delivered. Been 10 days. Please, please find my bag. Contains an expensive medical device that relieves my chronic pain.

So we received 1 bag. Yeah. However, the site says two were delivered 07/02 at 8:59 pm. We only received one. Not able to reach anyone at customer service. Please help.

Six days no luggage. Expensive medical device in suitcase I use daily to release chronic pain from past injury. Not sleeping. No tracing update. Air Canada customer service message says "we're busy" & ends call. Please find and deliver luggage asap.
