@YourSSE I'm on a key charge PAYG meter, I've had no vouchers yet, which is appalling, and I move out of my flat soon. How do I get the energy credit in cash for Oct + Nov as I won't need to top up my card now before I move out? 2 hours on the phone today, no resolution.

@pandocruises I emailed Amy our personal cruise expert on 30 July and several times since then-no response. Emailed guest support on 19 Aug and no reply. We sail on 14 Sept. Does anyone work in the office and answer emails?

@AskNationwide They are only open Mondays. I would expect you to have the information to hand, or the ability to find out. Please advise accordingly. Or can you advise that Worthing is manned daily, just not to actual customers, and I would get an immediate response?
