@MrsBosanquet Thank you for your reply. I’m with @NHSBT who are an incredible organisation to nurse in. The support I have received from day 1, locally & nationally, has been amazing. Moving away from an acute hospital is the best move I made. Thankfully so many other opportunities in nursing

@MrsBosanquet I experienced this, as I student I was welcomed & nurtured, I returned a year after qualifying & was #othered. I wanted to quit the career I had worked so hard for, sacrificed so much for. I left that role within 6 months, self esteem destroyed, I’m not the same nurse anymore.

It’s been a challenging few months for my little men. So whilst poor Daddy is driving around the Welsh countryside we’re snuggled in our pj’s watching The Trolls movie with popcorn. Curtains drawn, lights off and fire on, Friday night at its best!!!! 👩‍👦‍👦

@jenashl3y It’s so hard, everyone in all areas are at maximum capacity, no time teach and NQN’s learning is through mistakes. No one area of the chain is to blame but it makes for very scared staff leaving confidence in tatters and dreams crushed.
