I can finally share that my nephew Tony John (TJ) Cowan Telfer was born on 27th April 2022 at 1620 weighing 6lbs 15oz

The pretty Muddy 5k in aid of @CR_UK and completed 5k in 50 mins super proud of this girlie and my number survived #prettymuddy5k2021 #mydaddysanangel

Can't believe its been 2 years since daddy fell asleep, so much has happened so much he has missed and so much he will continue to miss. I will always be grateful to @Cornwallhospice for the amazing care they gave him and the care they gave to my mum afterwards so thank you

So life went completely bonkers on Sunday night as mum was admitted to hospital due to a heart attack but now they are investigating her for Broken Heart Syndrome and she will hopefully be home on Sunday

Sometimes being a nurse comes in handy (ps I called it as Broken Heart 🤣)

So I need a new challenge: I have offically signed up to complete the Race for Life Muddy 5K

More people are living with cancer thanks to research being done I will be completing this race in honour of my dad and his fight with thyroid cancer

So glad to be able to finally share these: I had professional photos to celebrate graduation due to COVID my cohort weren't allowed a graduation and that special moment was taken from us, after 8 months I am finally starting to feel like a real nurse #covidcohort #daddysgirl

@NQPUNCs @PUNC14 In third year when a lecturer said about Z Track I had no idea what it meant so I asked and she said it was how we give IMs so I said you mean Lift and Shift 🤣🤣🤣 that's now a thing apparently
