@mazzaot Aww thank you! ❤️ Our organisation doesn't have a policy on hair colour or tattoos, thank goodness. I feel this shows appreciation for and acceptance of human diversity. We all ultimately come from the same 'members of the public' pot after all.

@Nurse_Lecturer @CharlotteRCN 'Registered' is informative as it refers to accountability to a professional body. 'Qualified' is less so: as opposed to what? Unqualified? Unqualified for the job? It would leave 'unregistered' professionals sounding 'unqualified'. 😕
