The reason you don’t get banned is because your action is considered recreational. I.e they don’t expect you to beat them in the long term. And if they did, you wouldn’t be getting your desired bets down. It’s as simple as that.

@CaanBerryTrader Always found it difficult to get matched on Smark when trying to lay at the current back price. My conclusion was it was mostly full of net layers. Laying off their free bets or hedging. It was annoying not even being able to lay something at 5.5 when the BF lay price was 5.4.
