[Surtalogi, the Foul @TheFoulSinner]

@PUPPE7EERING Happy birthday, I guess.

[Sofoets @mosuyanagi]

my amazing new creature he will save the ecosystem

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

i feed them abyssal gunk and they get really fat and tasty !!!

[DAINSLEIF. @ourvorax]

How are they. Surviving.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

no , because there’s only one of me ( i hope ) .

i am classified as a non-native organism who just so happens to be introducing ecological diversity through tuna !

[“The Visionary” @FateVisionary]

Wouldn't you be considered an invasive species within the abyss?

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

?

i sure hope not . i should be the only natural predator of abyssal tuna .

[“The Visionary” @FateVisionary]

I'm sure the Rifthounds will enjoy their new prey.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

this guy out here eating bugs as if i didn’t introduce a whole new ecosystem of tunafish to the abyss

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

waah … this abyssal brute totally ruined my outfit for my performance tomorrow ! 💧

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

… ahh , you’re one of master's friends ? ehehe , forgive my ignorance .

( his ears perk up — if master likes this guy , maybe he can convince him to get surtalogi to be nicer … ! )

you’re talking about his last disciple , right ? what’s my fate , i wanna know !
（＾ω＾）

[“The Visionary” @FateVisionary]

Not really.

I also know that you're one of Surtalogi's disciples now. However, your fate is not the same as hers.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

( . . . ??? )

that’s … so nice !

do you . want an autograph or

( glancing around … for once , rubedo actually wishes his master would materialize and drag him off … )

[“The Visionary” @FateVisionary]

Mmh... Not exactly, but I do know you very well all the same. Perhaps even more than fans who will only see the mask you wear for your performances.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

oh !

yes , i'm basil valentine ! you must be a fan ?

[“The Visionary” @FateVisionary]

@PUPPE7EERING, I know what you are.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

wh - the narwhal ?!?

don’t dump your pet sitting on me , master . it’s not my fault it got lazy .

[Surtalogi, the Foul @TheFoulSinner]

Good.

It only took you a few months not to rely on your sword, but to learn how to use your claws and all your body already offers.

[ He sounds nonchalant, even while he's technically pleased with Basil's training. ]

Next time, I'll let you spar with the narwhal. It will do –

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

oh , the beasts … if you meant that , you should’ve just said so .

of course i killed them all ! i didn’t even need a sword .

( he's trying to be nonchalant about it , but he’s very obviously pleased with himself . )

i finally got the hang of my claws , master ♡

[Surtalogi, the Foul @TheFoulSinner]

A choreography? That's all you've learnt in the abyss in these months? Surrounded by beasts that desire only to tear you apart?

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

@TheFoulSinner https://t.co/Hkvx4cYpB6 WDYM YOU DONT WANNA SEE MY DANCEEUH /j

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

https://t.co/Hkvx4cYpB6 is he stupid

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

hm ?

( he stares blankly . still smiling . )

. . . well — !

i came up with some lovely choreography for my next performance . wouldn’t you like to see , master ?

[Surtalogi, the Foul @TheFoulSinner]

Sure.

More importantly, do tell me what you've learnt during these six or seven months.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

oh !

yeah , i missed you too !!!

[Surtalogi, the Foul @TheFoulSinner]

...

I'm not interested.

Either way, I'm glad to see you survived.

[Basil ☆ @PUPPE7EERING]

yyyeaaahh , six or seven !

.

that’s a funny joke where i come from . maybe i'd have explained it to you sooner if you kept me around !

[Surtalogi, the Foul @TheFoulSinner]

Didn't I leave you in the abyss six months ago?
