Below is a list of the compensatory demands from my lawsuit...

From the X Corporation, I want all of Elon Musk’s stocks in X Corporation and his positions as the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of X Corp as well as all of his stock and positions connected to SpaceX as a result.

From Donald Trump I want $5.5 Billion dollars for all the pain and suffering he has personally put me through for years. And because I caught Trump using the government’s resources to steal from me personally while he targeted me and my family, I also want all of his foreign and domestic businesses, properties, stock investment portfolios and motorized transportation vehicles that he owns.

From the State of Israel, I want $2.1 Trillion dollars to be used to rebuild the USA’s infrastructure, pay for American’s healthcare, as well as the voluntary divulgence of all information regarding every Israeli spy in the United States of America.

From T-Mobile, I want all transcripts from my communications with Donald Trump’s campaign/administration using the WinRed website from 2024-2025.

From Warner Brothers Studios I want them to honor the legally binding financial proposal I sent them via email (Exhibit C) and because of their clear acts of intellectual property theft proven in this case, I want the original factor for compensation multiplied by 7.

From the FBI, CIA, NSA and DARPA, I want total unconditional surrender and total cooperation in any and all investigations regarding the treasonous activities and plots enacted against the American people as well as the mandatory rescue of any and all trafficked children and human beings within the borders the United States of America.

It is for the reasons listed in this lawsuit and many others that I hereby declare total independence from this treasonous Federal Government, the Federal Reserve Bank, the IMF, the World Bank and Bank of International Settlements. In doing so, I have used the corrupted legal system’s own weight and documented corruption as the legal weapon for its demise and destruction without taking any violent hostile action.

Due to our system being hijacked by these international banking cartels no one is currently in command of the original Constitutional Republic of the United States of America. Therefore, it is my legal obligation and American duty based on my oath of military service, to assume the role of Commander In Chief of the Original Constitutional Republic of the United States of America and use the position to protect and defend the people of the United States of America and its Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. With this one legal military action, I am now the highest rank in the Original Republic’s military and thereby the legitimate Commander In Chief and President of the Original Constitutional Republic of the United States Of America fully established in 1791.

Therefore, by filing this lawsuit, I am the only one with legal authority to be The New President of the Original Republic. This also makes me the First Founding Father of the New Constitutional Republic of the United States Of America, officially to be newly founded on July 4th 2026. As my first Presidential act, I am using military and executive authority to legally seize all the Rothschild’s assets, including any and all banks, corporations, private savings, personal accounts and subsidiary institutions, both foreign and domestic. I am doing this as a Presidential response for their overt acts of treason and counterfeit.

As my 2nd Presidential act, I am ordering the Federal Reserve Bank to mint a single, one ounce gold coin, and set it’s value at $69 Trillion dollars. This will begin the official process of voiding the illegal $39 trillion dollar “debt” which The Federal Reserve Bank has unconstitutionally and illegally forced the American people to pay. It also provides the American people with an exponential increase in the value of their currency. Once this process is completed, the Federal Reserve Governor will then give that $69 trillion dollar coin to me to deposit in the New US Treasury, then the Governor of the Federal Reserve will step down.

As my 3rd Presidential act I will use executive authority to ensure the international bankers behind the Federal Reserve Bank and the IMF, World Bank and Bank of International Settlements have all the gold and precious metal assets they have in their legal and illegal reserves seized and deposited into the US Treasury as well. This will be done so we can create our own minted precious metal-backed currency and free all other nations from their national debt as well. Then we will dissolve the Federal Reserve Bank, the IMF, the World Bank and the Bank of International Settlements and keep them dissolved in perpetuity.

As my 4th Presidential act, I will ensure as the acting President of the United States of America that the $69 Trillion gold coin, plus all precious metals seized are securely deposited into the New US Treasury. I will also ensure that $4 Trillion will go toward creating a new civilization based on symbiosis between humanity and nature in the New United States of America. And I will also personally receive $1 Trillion dollars, to be used as a financial wellspring for future projects in the USA, global economic growth and to ensure there is a lack of dependence on government run systems. I am within all my legal rights and heavenly authority to do this because most of the most damning information provided in this lawsuit is factual by the governments own declassified admission and it cannot be argued at such a critical juncture in American history. Nor will I inflate any attempt to paint this lawsuit as anything other than a legally binding and unavoidable finality to the corrupted Federal Reserve Banking system of debt, war, pollution and death.
