@FijiAirways I have called General number and instructed to do general inquiry (I have done 2) contacted baggage claims by email several times) I need information on how to get my claim processed and expenditures reimbursed. They have all tge required documentation but their match was wrong

@FijiAirways April our Baggage was delayed 4 days to New Zealand. I had to buy items. When I submitted my claim it were not properly calculated. I have sent several emails but told my rep Crystal was on vacation but it's been 2 weeks and she will not respond. And suggestions?
