@CrossCountryUK ignore messages all you want, I don't care for a reply, but at least do something about overcrowding! Nightmare yesterday l, hell again today. Just leaving Leamington Spa on a train that I'd usually pass on because it's too crowded. Can't sit again, can't move

And I wanted to take better pictures to illustrate how severe the situation is but I and the people around me can't even move. Ah well, maybe on my way back when I give up my planned journey out of fear of being crushed to death

@CrossCountryUK how are you not scared that only a 4-carriage train to Manchester throughout the whole country can get so overcrowded that people could, you know. If an emergency happened, all exits are blocked with people and luggage. We're on top of each other!

It amazes me that first, you cut your services to one an hour instead of two, and now you're running tiny trains across the major cities of the country. People can't move, luggage gets piled up like mountains blocking the exits, people can barely get off!

A few years ago, we were so crammed, that a lady passed out because of the squeezing and the heat. Another one had a conniption because she paid for a season ticket and wasn't able to sit down a single time. Most of us can't even breathe when on your services!

I had to give up journeys and get onto the next train so many times because I was terrified to get onto severely overcrowded trains. I'm claustrophobic and it makes it so difficult to cope with this. You're risking the lives of passengers and your staff!!
