Judicial Watch’s federal lawsuit confirms California has a dirty voting rolls crisis – with thousands of old names on the rolls going back at least 10 years. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections. California and its counties must take immediate steps to clean up the rolls.
Counting illegal immigrants in the census distorts the House of Representatives and the Electoral College.
The 2030 census must include a citizenship question.
If you’re a first-time voter in California, you can register to vote using your name on a prescription bottle.
You can’t make this stuff up.

This is an important book that documents the history of election fraud in America...with starring roles by Democrats going back decades....centuries. @ericeggers is a treasure and this book is a good explainer of what's going on in California this very day

Election mail is only as accurate as the voter rolls behind it.
When registrations remain active for people who have moved, died, or become ineligible, ballots continue entering the mail stream.
The question isn't whether inaccurate registrations exist.
The question is what happens to the ballots associated with them.

We don’t have 60 votes for the House-passed SAVE America Act
But we do have a simple majority
Given the bill’s widespread bipartisan popularity, we could pass it with a simple majority—by debating it until it passes
I explain how in this clip

🚨BREAKING: More than 7,600 voters have been registered at LA homeless shelters and service centers, with records showing hundreds tied to addresses that offer no overnight accommodations, according to a New York Post review.
U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli has announced he will investigate the findings and "follow the evidence" to determine whether any laws were broken, including at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row, which logged 1,160 voter registrations despite having capacity for just 120 beds.
Accurate voter rolls require accurate information.
Principle 4 supports data-sharing between election offices and government agencies to keep voter records current and reliable.
Since voter privacy is also important, Principle 4 includes safeguards that limit access to sensitive DMV information while allowing election officials to verify eligibility.

ALL states should maintain clean and accurate voter rolls to avoid election fraud, amongst other things.
"If California genuinely wants voters to trust its elections, it should open its records, not fight to keep them closed.”
🚨 NEW in @DailySignal:
"The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule this month in a case that could mitigate the likelihood of taking weeks to know who won an election. In the case of RNC v. Watson, the Mississippi secretary of state, justices will essentially decide if Election Day is the final deadline for votes to arrive."

“The SAVE America Act just won’t go away for Senate Republicans, no matter how many times they think it’s dead and gone.”
That’s what happens when voters overwhelmingly support a bill—across party lines—in response to a known and growing problem.
This won’t just “go away.”
L.A. mail-in ballot signature verification is done by a machine that can be altered to let mismatched signatures pass, just like in the Arizona 2020 election, when election workers testified that they were told to ignore the flashing warnings on computers alerting that the signatures on ballots did NOT match.
The homeless in L.A. stated that they were using other people's names, and addresses, and filling out 3 to 5 fraudulent ballots a day, and ballot mules would come at least 3x a week to pay them to fill out ballots.
The signatures obviously didn't match because the homeless were using other people's information. Turning down the accuracy for signature verification is EXACTLY how they pass the fake signatures through the machines, if they really even check signatures on the fraudulent ballots at all.
Get ready for California 2.0 – voter confusion and late results, among other things.
“According to the D.C. Board of Elections, ‘Final results in ranked choice elections will not be known until all eligible ballots have been received and counted.’”
