Comparing your humiliating defeats of 1971 Siachin Kargil 2025 to U.S. withdrawal from Vietnam or later Afghan exits is pure whataboutism US forces didn't collapse rapidly and didn't do mass surrender of 93000 soldiers in just 13 days of full-scale war & permanent loss of half country like Pakistan.They withdrew after fighting for number of years and your army couldn't sustain 13 days of war. Nawab of Junagadh did sign Instrument of Accession with Pakistan in August 1947, but the action was legally and practically untenable because Junagadh was landlocked within India, lacked geographic contiguity with Pak, and had majority Hindu population. Following complete breakdown of civil administration and Nawab’s flight to Karachi, Dewan (Prime Minister) of Junagadh formally invited Government of India to interfere and democratic plebiscite was conducted in February 1948 where almost 100% of the population voted to join India. So Junagadh became part of India not by force but by a democratic Plebiscite unlike POK

Proposing a "barter" between Junagadh and Gilgit-Baltistan treats settled sovereign territories like personal real estate; Gilgit-Baltistan is part of State of Jammu & Kashmir whereas Junagadh has zero legal ambiguity, making any land-swap proposal legally void and politically non-existent
