@NespressoUK so, first time customer, got the machine, now ordering some pods, and the so called verification pin is lost in the cloud somewhere?!?! 20 mins and waiting…have gone to previous step to trigger a resend of the code to no avail 🤦‍♂️ Why not login with pwd as backup?

@MicrosoftLearn The ‘Credentials’ section of MS Learn is well and truly screwed up it seems. Looking at the numbers having issues with it, has this been identified as an issue yet? Any fix soon? Exam tomorrow and cannot access whatsoever…tried various devices/browsers etc.

@HMRCcustomers Morning, I’m not sure why HMRC are so incompetent? My wife stopped self employment two years ago and informed HMRC advisors on the phone, who confirmed all good. Completed online form in January too, and now receives a message with £100 penalty??!

@HMRCcustomers Well…we finally managed to speak to someone after a long wait…the person advised our systems are down and we have a major incident at the moment so unable to help with anything. Agent promised that they’ll call us back when system is back up. Well…be impressive if it happens!
