@1mgOfficial it's been 6 days since my medicine order (P035318464867388). Initial estimation was delivery within 2 days but is getting extending by one day every day. How do you plan to run a medicine delivery system with such delays?

@1mgOfficial If this is the best you can do after so much escalation, don't know what happens without escalation. Thank God it wasn't an emergency order or else patients will suffer more from 1mg delivery than the disease itself. Let me spread this issue to my fellow friends.

@1mgOfficial And I thought it's sorted but it's not. Received a call from your delivery guy asking me to come to the main road, 1 km from my place to pick the parcel as 'it's not on his route' and if I can't then it will be delivered in another 1-3 days. Deja vu.
