Which [18F]NaF PET scan method is best for the study: 4-min static or 12-min dynamic? If the goal is to measure Ki (rate of bone formation) alone, the 4-min static scan is sufficient. However, if both Ki and K1 (blood perfusion) are needed, the 12-min dynamic scan is recommended.
