@ottawacity What can be done for people who have to throw all their food out after the storm? Some of Knoxdale-Merivale still don't have power since Friday at 15:46, and only got a crew on site in the last couple hours.

@hydroottawa @LiamEnglish1 If how you determine when to send crews is based on safety issues, and we have a downed line that could still be live, why hasn't a crew shown up? There was a crew a few streets over just an hour or two ago. Our status is still Dispatched.

@hydroottawa I feel that limiting the ability to post an outage to people who only have an account is problematic. It says that only 16 ppl in my area are affected, but 20 ppl live in my building alone.

@hydroottawa I live in Knoxdale-Merivale, and have been without power since Friday afternoon. A crew was only recently dispatched in the last hour, with restoration by 4:00PM. Areas that lost power long after I did got crews dispatched to them quickly, and they have their power back on.
