These three things are MORE beneficial for you;
Than any bad thing you can think of is BAD for you…

If you’re depleting your glycogen during fat loss you’re doing it wrong and digging a massive metabolic hole.
A small caloric deficit with enough carbs to fill up and fuel your training. This is the way.

You’re losing glycogen from the muscles, making you look smaller / more flat, but you haven’t had time to lose much fat tissue yet
