In my case:
Can only log in via Xbox icon (Microsoft Auth works)
My PSN is linked, but PS5 login is blocked by 2-Step.
Support keeps sending the same “contact your authenticator provider”
Please add a real recovery option and help people stuck in this 2-Step trap.

You guys send thé same scripted email over and over. But don't read what i say in my message. So i am trying it this way. I am only able to login using thé Xbox icon. But can not login using regular email way. Or PS icon.

I no longer have access to the Authenticator app that generates my 2-Step Verification codes. Because of this I cannot disable or change 2-Step Verification, I always get a “Submission error”.
Could you please remove 2-Step Verification on my account?
