Those aren’t options. It was nothing. Absolutely nothing. Poor customer service is what it was. Disappointed.
@Delta your customer service has let me down. Texted the Chat agent and asked why my flight was delayed, they said “I don’t know” I said “ok why can we do about it? I’d like some miles for the run around I’ve been through” they said

@AetnaHelp I am a new member through my employer. Trying to access a digital membership card and look at benefits but the website keeps telling me there is a “technical issue” then cycles back to the login screen. Any help you can offer?

@united tried to call your baggage assistance line, no help, tried to talk to a gate agent, no help, I can see the AirTag in my luggage sitting 5 gates away from the one I am boarding out of. Can anyone help me make sure my luggage gets on my flight? No fun after a long delay.

Hey @HiltonHotels this is not acceptable! My room feels like it is going to collapse on itself, dry wall falling everywhere from the construction that started at 7am. I didn’t pay to NOT be able to sleep! No manager on site to stop this at the Homewood Suites in Arlington, TX!
Me: Your set is 15 minutes and acoustic. You’ll make the same amount of money, but pay less people, and do less work.
Artist: I want to get paid the same, pay more people and work harder. Can I do that, please?
Me: I’m not your manager but the answer should be no, right?
