Hey @unacademy I paid ₹4,274 for a NEET batch thinking it started on 28 Aug 2025 (just 3 days late).

But after payment I found out 9 weeks of classes were already completed! 😡

Any parent seeing this screen would think classes just started — this is misleading.

@unacademy Your support team refused my refund saying "it was in a PDF."

How can such important info be hidden in a PDF?
This violates Consumer Protection Act 2019 (Sec 2(47)) & E-Commerce Rules 2020 (Right to be Informed).

This is not just my loss — this affects many students.

I tried contacting customer care multiple times — calls don’t connect & no chat support available.
Because of this wrong information & no support, I request a full refund.

#unacademy purchased the Phoenix Reloaded Pro (Team Titans ) batch on 1st Sept for ₹4274.
The description said the batch started on 28 Aug — I assumed only 3 days backlog.
But after payment, I found 9 weeks of syllabus is already completed!
This feels completely misleading.
