GENERALLY, agencies ka system kaise kaam karta hai ?? COMMISSION BASIS. Artist apne projects ki total value ka ek PRE-DECIDED PERCENTAGE agency ko pay karta hai. That’s the agreement. Simple.

Uske baad agency kya karti hai?
Agency hires the team - editors, managers, social media handlers, coordinators, etc. Agency hi un sabko pay karti hai. ARTIST UN SABKO INDIVIDUALLY PAY NAHI KARTA. Artist ka kaam hota hai agency ko pay karna, not every single person working under that agency.

Toh agar kisi ko payment nahi mil rahi hai, basic logic yeh kehta hai ki question agency se poocha jana chahiye, not the artist.

Agar YF kisi ko pay nahi kar raha, WHAT EXACTLY DOES HANA HAVE TO DO WITH IT?

She is paying her part. Uske baad paise ka distribution kaise ho raha hai, woh agency ka internal matter hai. Artist usme interfere nahi karta.

Suppose Hana is having a project worth 10 lakhs and the commission %age is 20 so Hana will be paying 2 Lakhs to Agency. Now, how agency is distributing that 2 lakh further is not the concern of Hana.

THAT'S MY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE AGENCIES.

Par nahi. Yahan kya ho raha hai?
Instagram stories lagao, artist ko tag karo, public drama create karo. Kyun? Kya usse payment release ho jati hai? Ya bas attention aur sympathy chahiye?

Thoda basic sense use karo.

Simple example:

Agar main kisi company me kaam karti hoon aur mera employer Mr. A mujhe salary nahi deta, toh kya main uske CLIENT ko tag karke story dalungi??? Ya main directly apne employer ko hold karungi? Obviously i will be taking a legal action to get my part cz story lgaane se payment release nhi hoti. Warna main khud clown lagungi.

Toh phir artist ko drag karne ka logic kya hai??
