@Designs4Vision loupes sent for prescription change. 7 months later and 2 or 3 trips to the US, my loupes have a working distance of 23.5 inches rather than 19 inches. @Designs4Vision unhelpful on previous attempts. Switching to Orascoptic. Disappointed, been a customer 33 yrs

1. If you couldn't work out Boris was a liar earlier than last week, how can you deal with running a country?
2. Why is it that I pay higher rate tax at 40% while Amazon has a tax to turnover ratio of 0.37% (UK)

@Fraserhealth my 88 year old father attended RCH in New West complaining of a sore throat. Had loads of tests including a Covid test. This was positive but nobody told him or his family practitioner. He only found out on re-attending last night. Shocking failure

@British_Airways I've already made a formal complaint! Absolutely useless reply hence proceeding to Small Claims Court. Of course my costs are rising as BA refuse to accept responsibility for denying me boarding in Belfast for not having a COVID test to fly to LHR

@British_Airways Thank you for your reply. Please provide an address as requested. I plan to pursue this through Small Claims Court in Northern Ireland so will not need a solicitor.
