Such a large service provider like @airtelindia has poor customer support. I have been trying to reactivate my connection which was in safe custody and later disconnected from the last 3 days. It's not happening. Disappointed.
@maxfashionindia Disappointing experience at the Max store. Membership was sold with discount promises, but coupons couldn’t be used—once due to another offer and another time due to a QR code login issue causing a long wait. Strongly encourage no one to take their membership.
@AstrotalkApp What is going on with the delivery?? The order was placed on 21 st March, still not delivered. No update from customer service as well. If the order cannot be delivered, refund the money.
Pathetic delivery service by DTDC. It's been more than a week now, the consignment has not been delivered. 2 days before, I was told, it's an address issue, though the pincode is correct. Yesterday, due to high volume, they could not deliver. What's the issue today? @DTDCIndia
@DTDCIndia Latest update, it's the end of the day today and the items are still not delivered. Now, the customer service is not even reachable. They are just passing time and don't have any intention of resolving the issue.
@DTDCIndia It's almost more than half of the day gone. No update on when my item will be delivered. Customer service seems to have no clue yet they shamelessly ask me to be patient. How ironic.
@UC_Assist The issue has finally been resolved. The broken item has been replaced by the UC partner. Thank you UC for prompt action on the complaint and for a satisfactory resolution.
What kind of service you guys are providing?? First during cleaning, the professional damaged my item. In order to fix that, I contacted your damaged item department, the professional who was supposed to come to fix, never showed up. @urbancompany_UC
@UC_Assist Latest update, the partner called customer care and customer care asked him to bring the part and fix it, which he said, doesn't have money to buy it. Cc asked me to cancel the ticket and rebook again. I am not able to do it as the job is already in progress.
@UC_Assist The plumber finally came today, but he said, this is just a consultation visit and he will not fix anything. Moreover the part which is broken, who is going to pay for that?? This is totally ridiculous.
The service provided by Eureka Forbes is really pathetic. I have gold AMC and have raised service/repair request from last 3 days for water leakage, no has attended the request. Their customer care center gives a standard answer we Will attend it on priority. @EurekaForbes
