The only way to fix this country, in my opinion, is to make it illegal for a representative of your district, state or country to be paid.

For much of modern history, serving in government was seen as a civic duty rather than a career, meaning salaries did not exist.

Representing a community should not be a full-time job. You have meetings, you make laws and you pass them.

If elected, all financials will have to be disclosed, while holding office so no receiving money from other countries or super pacs.

Maybe doing it that way, the people running for election will actually care about what's happening in the area they represent.

We are a country of States that should be United.
