In the end, I don't think it would have effected the top 5 positions at least. Not sure abour Zhou, and Markelov would be well down the order after his off. The FIA got very lucky in this regard!
What I think they should have done was to put Calderon at the front of the queue, and let them all go before the safety car to make up the lap, join the queue behind Correa, and then start from there. Schumacher would still have his penalties to serve.
