The gender & racial wage gaps are real things! That’s why I always ask for more. At one of my first internships, I found out another male intern got paid $1 more an hour than me just because his Chief IT Officer dad told him to always negotiate. I always negotiate now. Everything

The deadline was extended for the Diverse Game Developers: Virtual Exchange to June 18! There are three different tracks for students, ppl looking to transition to games, and ppl who have been in games for 3-7 years. You get a GDC pass, a mentor, and access to a bunch of events!
