@lacedivez Workout in the morning, right before breakfast, 15-30 minutes before. If you are super hungry, eat some fruit like an apple, then work out, then have breakfast, then eat higher protein foods after the workout, like chicken breasts, egg whites, paired with vegetables like broccoli
