"Not Today, Satan!" (James 4:7-10). As you close the week, thank God for keeping you.
Perhaps the enemy tried to steal your joy or your peace, but God kept you (Isaiah 41:10).
Stay alert and close to God. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Not Today, Satan (James 4:7-10)! Be alert! The devil want to devour (1 Peter 5:8). But don't live in fear. Jesus came to give abundant life (John 10:10; 2 Cor. 9:8; Philip. 4:19). So stand on God's Word and declare (James 4:7), "Not today, Satan! Get thee behind me!" (Luke 4:8).

The Love of a Godly Father (Luke 15:11-24). The prodigal son returned home expecting to be a servant (vv. 11-19). Instead, his father welcomed him with love (vv. 20-24). Likewise, God loves us (John 3:16) and He will always receive us (1 John 1:9). Just call on Him (2 Ch 7:14).
