Portland allocates $3.5M in pandemic relief funds to overcome digital divide in frontline communities, emphasizing low-income people, people of color, and people experiencing intellectual &/or developmental disabilities

Today, Portland City Council approved more than $114 million in CARES Act funds to be distributed among programs and bureaus throughout Portland that will support housing stability, food security, small businesses, our unsheltered neighbors, and arts and culture.
