Because of this your website was not issuing me a boarding pass online. AGAIN your website is not working properly and I am forced to use the window in airport.

@flyfrenchbee The person talking to me said she can't help me in any way. She said she does not have a supervisor. She refused to provide any way to identify her other than stating that her name is Yeesi the US contact.
