The AI has a meta function that's run once per turn for each player. It decides the gang strategies and also sets a hiring goal. An evaluation function then picks the best hire for the selected purpose.

After a long hiatus, I've resumed work on the never-ending #ChaosOverlords puzzle and dug around the AI code for a bit. This structure represents an AI-controlled gang.

Each gang can pursue 1 of 15 strategy functions which are assigned, depending on the objective. I have yet to learn the meaning of all the AI strategies.
