Will privatized health care reduce wait tines? Sure! But so will specialized clinics for outpatient services that take up too much real estate in hospitals. MRIs, CT scans, Endoscopy, etc - none of that needs to be inside hospitals to be effective.

@DavidHamer_1951 /4 We can and should do this without significant reduction to current post-sec programs. Pushing students in a single direction lacks foresight, as we still need nurses, medical, teachers, etc to be qualified in 3-4yrs time. Promote trades without impeding other courses.
