@Shisheyu @edmundmcmillen 100%, if the cat is a dps, it usually translates into mostly ignoring it because one unfortunate kill can mean the end of your party.

One of the strengths of Isaac achievement system is how you can get to all the achievements in one playthrough by just playing the game. Not a big fan when games force you to play a certain way to get some achievements without being able to get others.
