🦊: for me, i have acted in series for about 10 years, and probably more than 10 series. but the roles have been different. but this series is truly the first time i acted in a GL fully (i.e., as the main character). within the role who has to portray a character, i feel that love between women has this kind of gentleness and sensitivity to it. when it comes to emotions, it made me understand that sensitivity more. honestly, love doesn’t make distinctions in the first place right? whether it’s between man-woman, or anyone else. but when it’s between two women, because we’re women, we tend to have more sensitivity compared with men. so it made me understand this kind of love more

jan chose taeyeon as her role model who made her want to be in the industry 😫💜

🦊: for me, korean artists are the starting point that made me want to work in the entertainment industry. at first, i wanted to be a singer. as you mentioned, i like girls’ generation right? and i like kim taeyeon, because she sings very well. so i see her as my idol who made me want to sing in the entertainment industry, becoming an artist like p’taeyeon

Creo que una de las cosas más bonitas que nos ha dejado Enemies with Benefits ha sido la forma en que dos fandoms han decidido disfrutarla juntos.

A pesar de que JanJingJing son las protagonistas, el fanbase de KapookCiize y el ship como tal han recibido muchísimo apoyo, y eso realmente me hace tener esperanza de que en el GL y el BL podamos construir más espacios así, donde las comunidades se unan en lugar de pelear entre sí.

Ver esta serie ha sido una experiencia muy disfrutable porque todos estamos celebrando lo que nos gusta en vez de enfocarnos en pelearnos. Las redes sociales se han convertido en un lugar donde ambos fandoms se promocionan mutuamente, se apoyan, se elogian y le dan espacio tanto a una historia como a la otra. Y eso no es algo que se vea todos los días.

Creo que, a pesar de ser ships relativamente nuevos, tanto el fandom de JanJingJing como el de KapookCiize nos han dado una gran lección sobre cómo pueden comportarse dos fandoms y volverse fanbase hermanos. Al final, todos queremos que esta serie tenga éxito, y es muy bonito ver cómo tantas personas valoran que Ciize finalmente esté viviendo esta oportunidad.

Porque sí, Ciize lleva 10 años intentándolo. Diez años trabajando, esforzándose y esperando un momento como este. Y al fin lo logró. Por eso es imposible no sentirse feliz al verla recibir tanto cariño y apoyo.

También quiero agradecer a ambos fandoms por el ambiente tan bonito que han construido. Cuando entras a las redes puedes hablar de la serie con total comodidad, interactuar con cualquier lado del fandom y encontrarte a personas emocionándose por ambas parejas, apoyándolas, shippeándolas e incluso mezclando sus dinámicas con mucho cariño, al menos en las experiencias que a mi me ha tocado vivir.

Ojalá más fandoms siguieran este ejemplo, porque cuando dejamos de competir y empezamos a celebrar juntos, la experiencia se vuelve mucho más especial para todos.

Gracias, JanJingJing. Gracias, KapookCiize. Y gracias a ambos fandoms por recordarnos lo bonito que puede ser compartir una historia juntos. 🤍

Solo es algo que quería expresar porque últimamente vivimos en un entorno donde todos pelean con todos, pero estos dos fanbase se salieron del círculo y se fueron a jugar juntos 🤣🩷 Todos lindos en verdad.

Damn, these words made me so emo, no one talk to me 😭 What we usually see is our girls smiling and giving us happy content, but at the end of the day we are all humans with the same emotions who have good and bad days.
