@AppleSupport I’ve been waiting 3 days for someone to assist me and still have not heard back from anyone since my last tweet and and direct message. Everyone must be on vacation at Apple 😒😤

@AppleSupport I’m hoping you would be able to Helo me. I finally got an Apple Watch as a gift but it’s too small for my arms. I tried going to the Apple Store to upgrade to a bigger one but I was denied. I’m very upset and outraged why they wouldn’t let me exchange it. 😤

@AshleyHomeStore I’ll probably never purchase anything from here again. Ordered a couch for my parents 12/6 and it was delivered 2/18 and it caned damaged. No one at the Culver City store cared to provide any help and no one ever picks up the customer service number.
