@virginmedia @jamie_kenton_ Outstanding value my ass, our broadband goes down multiple times a week, I've had 4 separate engineer appointments disappear/be canceled with no notice, paid for the 24 hour engineer service and still had them canceled.. your broadband and customer service is a joke at this point

@statusisdown Yes. Down for the 4th or 5th time since getting It in January. And had 4 engineer bookings either canceled with no reasoning, or they just never showed up. While the app says there is no issues -.- annoying AF

@virginmedia Fix the broadband outages. Get better way to connect with a customer services. Ive had 4 separate engineer bookings either canceled or they just haven't showed up. App says no issue but my lack of internet disagrees. Why do I pay for 24 hour engineer if booking is a week away😡
